Diaphragm compressors can be classified according to various standards such as structural form, diaphragm material, and compressed medium.
Based on structural form, they can be divided into Z-type, V-type, D-type, L-type, W-type, hexagonal type, etc. Some manufacturers also use corresponding model names, such as GZ, GV, GD, GL, GW type, or XRZ, XRV, XRD, XRL, XRW type.
Based on diaphragm material, they can be divided into metal diaphragm compressors (such as stainless steel, titanium alloy, etc.) and non-metallic diaphragm compressors (such as rubber, plastic, etc.).
Based on the compressed medium, they can be divided into compressors for rare and precious gases, compressors for flammable and explosive gases, compressors for high-purity gases, and compressors for corrosive gases.
