The SLT-100 is a compact, high-efficiency high-pressure portable breathing air compressor designed for firefighting, diving, rescue, and industrial cleanroom air supply applications. It utilizes a classic W-type three-cylinder, three-stage reciprocating piston compressor, progressively compressing atmospheric air (0.1MPa) to a high pressure of 30MPa (300bar). Through a multi-stage filtration system, it outputs clean, odorless, and safe breathing air that meets the EN12021 international breathing standard.
Whether for rapid air supply at fire scenes or underwater cylinder filling, the SLT-100 reliably and stably completes its tasks, making it a critical piece of equipment for safeguarding lifelines.
Working Principle
The SLT-100 follows a mature high-pressure compression principle:
Intake Stage: Ambient air passes through a paper air filter, initially removing dust and particulate matter (PM2.5 levels below 10μg/m³, meeting WHO standards).
Three-Stage Compression: Air sequentially enters low-pressure, medium-pressure, and high-pressure cylinders, gradually increasing pressure to 30MPa. The W-shaped layout ensures a low compression ratio, minimal vibration, and stable exhaust.
Cooling and Separation: After each compression stage, air is cooled by stainless steel cooling pipes and condensate and oil mist are removed by an oil-water separator.
Deep Purification: The high-pressure air finally flows through a triple-stage purification cylinder (activated carbon + molecular sieve + carbon monoxide absorber), thoroughly removing residual oil vapor, odors, and harmful gases, outputting clean, odorless, high-purity breathing air.
Throughout the process, a splash lubrication system ensures long-term wear resistance of the piston and cylinder walls, and the final-stage safety valve automatically relieves pressure in case of overpressure, ensuring the safety of the equipment and operators.
